This hotel was horrible. Dirty and down right disgusting

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were disgusting; the smelled bad and were just completely gross. Would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The staff was courteous.

The overall cleanliness was fair; a large cockroach was near the elevator when I used it.

This is an older building much in need of fixing and they are in the process of remodeling, so things will eventually be improved. But it didn't have a clean feel to it and we saw a large cockroach outside near the elevator. Even though our room was a "non-smoking room" there was a stale tobacco smell about it. The location was very convenient.

high speed Internet was only in the lobby and restaurant.

The hot breakfast that was advertised was very disappointing the hot items were: toast, bagel, or instant oatmeal. The staff were very nice and friendly. Our room was very loud, from outside noises at 1 am. ...read more

Bathroom tiles were dirty, moldy caulk separated from walls. 3 inches from walls was caked on dirt and dust on floor.

We were placed 2nd floor in back of hotel all 1st floor rooms had mattress piled up in rooms and used as storage with white chipped paint on the windows very. I would not allow the children to even go to the run down pool. This was probably one of the worst. ...read more
